ABOUT PLACEMENTS
Placement Cell at Nagarjuna College of Engineering and Technology is a dedicated department which serves as a liaison between the academic institution and the corporate world, facilitating collaborations, job opportunities, industry visits and other initiatives to expose students to real-world challenges and trends in their respective fields.
It assists students to find suitable employment opportunities by organizing job fairs, campus interviews and recruitment drives conducted by various companies. It also provides guidance to students in writing resumes and cover letters, as well as offering interview preparation workshops and mock interview sessions to enhance their employability.
Placement Cell is keen about providing personalized career counseling and guidance to students to help them explore their interests, strengths and career goals. The department regularly organizes seminars, workshops, and guest lectures by industry professionals, sessions with career advisors, and alumni interactions. These initiatives help groom students and enhance students’ soft skills which include communication, teamwork, leadership, technical aptitude, etc.
